# Cancel a Booking

> Learn how to cancel a booking in the FlightWise administrator portal

Follow these steps to cancel a booking directly from the bookings timetable:

1. **Select the Booking**
   * Click on the booking item in the timetable that you want to cancel
2. **Open Options Menu**
   * Click the ellipsis button (⋮) on the booking
3. **Choose Cancel**
   * Select "Cancel" from the dropdown menu
4. **Configure Cancellation**
   * Select the cancellation type from the available options
   * Enter an optional reason for the cancellation
   * Choose whether to notify participants by checking/unchecking "Notify Participants"
5. **Confirm**
   * Click the "Confirm" button to complete the cancellation

The booking will be removed from the timetable and participants will be notified if selected.
