# Edit Booking Lesson

> Learn how to change the lesson assigned to an existing booking in the FlightWise administrator portal

Follow these steps to modify the lesson of an existing booking:

1. **Select the Booking**
   * Click on the booking item in the timetable that you want to edit

2. **Open Edit Mode**
   * Click the lesson edit icon (pencil icon) in the booking details lesson row

3. **Choose Lesson Selection Method**
   * **Manual Tab:** Select any course, revision, and lesson manually
   * **Enrolled Courses Tab:** Choose from courses the student is enrolled in (only available for single-student bookings)

4. **Select the Lesson**

   **Manual Method:**

   * Select a course from the course dropdown
   * Choose a revision version (defaults to current revision)
   * Select the specific lesson from the lesson dropdown

   **Enrolled Courses Method:**

   * Select from the student's enrolled courses
   * Choose the lesson from that course (only shows lessons from current revision)

5. **Add Notes (Optional)**
   * Enter any lesson-specific notes in the notes field

6. **Review Warnings**
   * Check for any lesson type mismatch alerts (e.g., ground lesson assigned to flight booking)

7. **Save Changes**
   * Click "Save" to apply the lesson changes
   * The booking will update immediately with the new lesson assignment

The lesson information will be reflected in the booking details and any associated progress tracking.
