# Move a Booking Time

> Learn how to reschedule a booking in the FlightWise administrator portal

There are two ways to change a booking's time in the FlightWise administrator portal:

## Method 1: Drag and Drop

1. **Click and Hold**
   * Click and hold on the booking item in the timetable
2. **Drag to New Time**
   * Drag the booking to the desired new time slot
   * The booking will move in 15-minute increments by default
3. **Snap to Time Intervals (Optional)**
   * Hold the Shift key while dragging to snap to :00 and :30 minute intervals
4. **Release to Save**
   * Release the mouse button to save the new time
   * The booking will automatically update

## Method 2: Edit Time Dialog

1. **Select the Booking**
   * Click on the booking item in the timetable
2. **Open Edit Time**
   * Click the edit time icon (clock icon) in the booking details
3. **Modify Times**
   * Update the start and/or end times using the time pickers
   * Adjust briefing times if needed
4. **Save Changes**
   * Click the "Save" button to apply the new times

Both methods will instantly update the booking and notify affected participants if notifications are enabled.
