Adding a Fuel Uplift
Follow these steps to record a fuel uplift for an aircraft:-
Navigate to Aircraft Page
- Go to the Aircraft section in the administrator portal
- Locate the aircraft that received the fuel uplift

Open Aircraft Options
- Click on the aircraft header to select it
- Look for the sidebar option menu that appears
- This menu contains various aircraft-specific actions

Access Fuel Uplift Form
- Click “Add” in the sidebar menu
- Select “Fuel Uplift” from the dropdown options
- The fuel uplift form will open

Enter Uplift Details
- Select Airport: Choose the airport where the uplift occurred from the dropdown
- Enter Tank Quantities: Input the uplift amount for each fuel tank
- Specify quantities in your configured units (gallons/liters)
- Enter amounts for all applicable tanks (left, right, center, etc.)
- The system will calculate the total uplift automatically

Update Fuel Status (Optional)
- Check the “Update fuel status” option if you want to:
- Set the new current fuel quantity for the aircraft
- Reset the fuel tracking baseline
- Leave unchecked to only record the uplift without changing current status
- Check the “Update fuel status” option if you want to:

Save the Uplift
- Review all entered information for accuracy
- Click “Save” to record the fuel uplift
- The system will update fuel records and optionally the aircraft’s current fuel status
