After finishing a training session, mark the booking as completed to finalize the session, update student records, and ensure accurate tracking.

Accessing Your Bookings

Complete your bookings directly from your instructor portal home page.
  1. Navigate to Instructor Portal
    • Go to your instructor portal home page
    • Locate the “My Bookings” calendar widget
  2. Find Your Completed Session
    • Your current and recent bookings are displayed in the calendar
    • Look for the booking you just finished

Marking a Booking Complete

When your training session has ended:
  1. Select the Booking
    • Click on the booking you’ve just completed
    • Or click the “Mark as Completed” button directly on the booking card
  2. Confirm Completion
    • A confirmation dialog will appear
    • Review the booking details to ensure it’s the correct session
    • Click “Confirm” to mark the booking as completed
  3. Automatic Status Update
    • The booking status immediately changes to “Completed”
    • The session is finalized in the system
    • Students can see their completed training session

What Happens When Marked Complete

When you mark a booking as completed:
  • Status Change: Booking moves to “Completed”
  • Session Finalized: Training hours are recorded
  • Student Records Updated: Progress is tracked in their training file
  • Billing Triggered: Session charges are calculated (if applicable)
  • Audit Log: A log entry documents the completion
  • Next Steps Available: Options to record lesson completion appear

Completion Requirements

Before marking a booking complete, ensure:
  • Session is finished: All training activities are complete
  • Aircraft is secured: For flight bookings, aircraft is properly shut down and secured
  • Student is debriefed: Post-flight/session briefing is complete
  • Equipment is stowed: All training materials are returned
