Accessing Your Bookings
Complete your bookings directly from your instructor portal home page.

Navigate to Instructor Portal
- Go to your instructor portal home page
- Locate the “My Bookings” calendar widget

Find Your Completed Session
- Your current and recent bookings are displayed in the calendar
- Look for the booking you just finished
Marking a Booking Complete
When your training session has ended:

Select the Booking
- Click on the booking you’ve just completed
- Or click the “Mark as Completed” button directly on the booking card

Confirm Completion
- A confirmation dialog will appear
- Review the booking details to ensure it’s the correct session
- Click “Confirm” to mark the booking as completed

Automatic Status Update
- The booking status immediately changes to “Completed”
- The session is finalized in the system
- Students can see their completed training session
What Happens When Marked Complete
When you mark a booking as completed:
- Status Change: Booking moves to “Completed”
- Session Finalized: Training hours are recorded
