    • Select the aircraft you want to ground from the list
  2. Open Aircraft Menu
    • Click on the aircraft name at the header of the aircraft sidebar
    • A dropdown menu will appear with various options
  3. Select Ground Aircraft
    • Click “Ground aircraft” from the dropdown menu
    • The ground aircraft dialog will open
  4. Configure Grounding Details
    • Grounded At Time: Defaults to the current time, but you can adjust if needed
    • Grounded Reason: Enter a clear reason for grounding the aircraft (e.g., “Annual inspection”, “Engine maintenance”, “Avionics repair”)
  5. Confirm Grounding
    • Review the grounding details
    • Click “Confirm” to ground the aircraft
The aircraft will immediately become unavailable for new bookings and its status will update to show it is grounded.
