Follow these steps to change the resource type of a booking directly from the bookings timetable:
  1. Select the Booking
    • Click on the booking item in the timetable that you want to update
  2. Open Options Menu
    • Click the ellipsis button (⋮) on the booking
  3. Choose Change Type
    • Select “Change Type” from the dropdown menu
  4. Select New Resource
    • Choose the resource tab you want to switch to (e.g. Aircraft, Classroom, or Simulator)
    • Select the specific item (e.g. a particular aircraft or simulator)
  5. Save
    • Click the “Save” button to apply the change
The booking will now be updated with the new resource.
