FlightWise automatically tailors the notification email depending on whether a participant has been notified before:
- Booking Created – sent if this is the first time the participant has been notified about the booking.
- Booking Changes – sent if the participant has already received a booking notification previously, and the booking details are being updated.
- Select the Booking
- Click on the booking item in the timetable that you want to notify participants about
- Open Options Menu
- Click the ellipsis button (⋮) on the booking
- Choose Notify Participants
- Select “Notify Participants” from the dropdown menu
- Select Recipients
- Choose which participants you would like to notify from the list
- Send Notification
- Click the “Notify” button to send the notification
