Follow these steps to modify the participants of an existing booking:
  1. Select the Booking
    • Click on the booking item in the timetable that you want to edit
  2. Open Edit Mode
    • Click the participants edit icon (pencil icon) in the booking details participants row
  3. Modify Participants
    • To update: Select a new user in the user select box.
    • To Remove: Click the X button next to any participant you want to remove
    • To Add: Click “Add participant” and select the participant role (Student, Instructor, etc.)
    • Type the participant’s name in the search field
    • Select from the dropdown suggestions
  4. Save Changes
    • Click “Save” to apply the participant changes
    • Selected participants will receive notifications if configured
The booking will update immediately and affected participants will be notified based on your notification settings.
